The Personal Injury Case File Manager oversees all facets of each assigned case from start to finish and provides administrative, documentation, and projects support for Personal Injury department. This position is the point person for all Mandarin-speaking clients seeking legal representation in personal injury matters.

**Job Qualifications**
- ** Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, Cantonese preferred but not required**:

- Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years Personal Injury experience (preferred)
- Demonstrate a team-oriented collaborative work style
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent hands-on computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skills
- Familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe Pro, and other legal technology

**Responsibilities**:

- Sign up client and coordinate with the intake department to ensure that all signup documents are executed and uploaded
- Open new cases in Smart Advocate and enter complete details as required for the department and update information fields in a timely and complete manner
- Report claims to insurance companies, report the incident to DMV
- Draft and transmit the following letters to insurance companies, adjusters, and attorneys: letters of representation, drop letters sub-in or sub-out letters, requests for deductibles, rental reimbursement, LOU requests, police report requests, and other letters as needed
- Coordinate all medical treatment and resolve the property damage claim to completion
- Ensure that all documents related to the case are properly uploaded
