**Position**:Associate

Washington, DC-based consultancy focused on corporate social responsibility, global public policy, and international trade and development is seeking an entry level Associate (2-5 years of experience). The firm does cutting-edge work for some of the world’s leading companies and works in support of several nonprofit organizations including pro bono work for and with nonprofits. We require absolute professionalism and strong judgment.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree.
- **Demonstrated interest** in our areas of international work (reflected in university courses or work experience).
- **Research and Writing**:Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated excellence in a professional environment.
- **Event Planning Experience**:Experience planning and coordinating events and in a professional environment a plus but not required.
- **Multiple Task Management**: Ability to juggle multiple competing demands simultaneously; and demonstrate the highest level of client service and responsiveness.
- **Confidential information and judgment**: Ability to exercise sound judgment and protect confidential information.
- **Superb organizational skills** that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
- **Application of Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Highly resourceful team player, yet capable of assuming significant autonomy and operating independently.
- **Demonstrated ability** to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with professionalism, calm and maturity.
- **Administrative Support**: Experience providing administrative support in a high-performance workplace.
- **Other Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience providing creative approaches to problem solving, ability to perform strong and timely research and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and social media.
- Self-starter with strong motivation to learn, develop, and take direction.

**Responsibilities**
- Management support for client services, projects, and events.
- Administrative support.
- Research and writing.

Salary will be commensurate with directly relevant work experience, excluding internships.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office position (generally three days per week in the office).

This position involves extensive engagement with external stakeholders, including staff of clients, nonprofits, and government. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow.
