**Job Title: Solder / Multiday Tech at uBreakiFix**

As a Multi-Day / Solder Tech at uBreakiFix, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of electronic devices. You'll work with a team of talented technicians in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles.
- Solder HDMI, charging ports, and misc
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately document repair processes and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve repair targets and uphold uBreakiFix's high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and repair techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical proficiency in repairing smartphones, tablets, computers, or gaming consoles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and repair techniques.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in tech repair or a related field is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
