IPI Renovations is a fast growing, high-end home remodeling company looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager to join our management team. IPI has been serving clients from Boston metro to Worcester to the Cape for almost 10 years. We currently are looking to expand our team in the Boston and Metro west markets buy training the next generation of Project Managers. We work with some of the best architects and designers in the Boston-Metro area.

We are looking for a future Project Manager who has a background in construction and/or design with an eye for details, excellent communication skills, and a mind for business development and accounting.

Our next APM will be responsible for assisting in the managing and supervising all projects with the support of the PM team. APMs work closely with PMs through the entire project timeline which starts with client visits and estimating and ends with a completed punch list and happy client. Previous experience as an APM, Site Supervisor, Lead Carpenter, or other relevant experiences is required. The roll of an APM is heavy in office work with regular trips to job sites inside of 495. A vehicle and valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities include:

- Work closely with the PM team throughout the project timeline.
- Assist with the estimating process, scope of work creation, change orders, and invoicing.
- Procurement of materials and coordination with sub-contractors.
- Review plans and shop drawings for accuracy.
- Timeline and project list management.

**Requirements**:

- Highly organized with an eye for details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- 2+ Years of residential construction coordination. A degree in business, design, or construction management is a preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant trades and their materials. Can you speak construction?
- Experience with MS office suite, specifically Excel, Projects, and Outlook. Bluebeam Revu or other take-off software experience is a plus.
- A desire to learn the business and management of high-end residential construction.
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
