Looking for a leader in costumer service to join our team at Lemongrass Aveda Salon and Spa This position is perfect for someone who loves to stay busy, have fun and truly enjoys helping people have a great day. Must be detailed-oriented, able to multi-task and able to navigate an online booking software. Experience with SalonBiz is a plus. This is a part-time position with weekend availability required, specifically Saturday and Sunday.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Manage Inventory
- Educating customers on all in-house products, crystals, and local artist jewelry
- Selling products and services
- Obtain knowledge on Aveda hair care, hair color, skin care, as well as Osmosis skincare line
- Perform all opening and closing procedures
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Booking and coordinating appointments for spa, salon, and acupuncture accurately.
- Support stylist, therapists, and esthiticians with their scheduling needs.
- Manage the energy of the Salon and Spa by inspiring a positive and relaxing vibe
