We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing Sales Team by hiring a motivated salesman to support the Peoria, Illinois area.

**Responsibilities** include but are not limited to the following:

- Engage with prospects who have requested estimates
- Perform site visits
- Assess prospects' needs
- Develop scope of work
- Produce accurate cost estimate
- Deliver proposal to customer same day if possible
- Coordinate with inside sales to close more deals
- Enter/Maintain customer information in the company CRM
- Work from field and report to local office
- Build new and maintain existing relationships with our residential and commercial customers.
- Your responsibility is to sell the job and our superintendent produces the job.
- Follow up with customer after job is complete and ask for referral

**Qualifications**
- Computer literate and able to learn new software programs
- Physically able to climb a ladder
- Motivated and energized
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in roofing & project management is a plus
- Able to run multiple leads per day and generate proposals

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
