**Key Responsibilities**:
**_
Prospecting and Lead Generation:_**
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

**_ Sales Pipeline Development:_**
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions within the business CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.

**_ Relationship Building:_**
- Establish rapport and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to position our products effectively.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to gather information and assess client requirements.
- Develop tailored solutions and proposals.

**_ Marketing Research and Analysis:_**
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new market segments and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide feedback to the management team based on customer insights and market feedback.

**_ Collaboration and Reporting:_**
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and professional development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent prospecting and cold-calling skills.
- Familiarity with equipment dealership operations is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
