**Job Summary**:

- Outstanding opportunity for a _**Product Specialist**_ _to assist our Maine & Massachusetts teams by supporting the delivery of cutting-edge cold therapy solutions to orthopedic patients._
- The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering durable medical equipment and providing comprehensive product training to patients in their homes. This role involves being on the road full-time, driving to our patient's homes in your assigned territory, and providing hands-on training to patients. Vanguard Medical prides itself on high-quality customer service and patient care. A company vehicle and gas card are provided. This role reports to the General Operations Manager._

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manages and coordinates the delivery of all Durable Medical Equipment.
- Provide patients with comprehensive training and education on prescribed Durable Medical Equipment.
- Retrieves critical documentation verification required for State and Federal healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoots all patients’ product inquiries.
- Remains proficient in software systems required to manage the day-to-day schedules.
- Works in conjunction with patient dispatch and materials department.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with strong attention to detail
- Clean driving record (MVR Check Required)
- Healthcare experience in direct patient care, PT/OT or personal training preferred

**Physical Requirements**:

- Able to carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to drive up to 5 hours per day

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

**License/Certification**:

- Driver's License (required)

**Location**:Portsmouth, NH (Work out of your home)

**Driving Areas**:Portland, ME - South Seacoast, NH - Northern, MA.

*Must have ability to work out of their home, cool/dry space to hold equipment, and space on site for company vehicle*

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
