Cable Puller

We are seeking experienced Cable Pullers to join our team. As a Cable Puller, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications, specifically in pulling fiber.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pulling and routing fiber optic cables in both underground and aerial environments.
- Splicing, terminating, and testing fiber optic cables.
- Working with various tools and equipment to complete installations and repairs.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on fiber pulling.
- Proficiency in fiber optic installation techniques and best practices.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication systems and equipment.
- Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in fiber optic installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Experience with fusion splicing and OTDR testing preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
