**Requirements/Responsibilities**:

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, solid math skills and reliability.
- Provide detailed daily reports of observations.
- Observe work and verify compliance with plans and specifications.
- Interact and communicate effectively with client representative.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.

**Required education**:
High school diploma required
Engineering degree preferred
**Required experience**:
Field engineering experience or Construction management
Wood design experience is a plus but not required

**Additional compensation**:

- Bonus program after 60 days of employment

- Pay Frequency: Monthly- Pay is commensurate with experience

All full-time employees at JDS are salaried.
