**P2 Property Management is looking for an exceptional Property Manager to join our team**

**P2 Property Management** is a leading residential property management company. We strategically acquire apartment communities in Southeastern Wisconsin’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

We have an exciting Property Manager position opportunity in Ozaukee County. This role will allow you to put your management skills to work by multitasking, coordinating, and actively participating in improvement processes, while working in an environment that thrives on positive personalities.

- Prior property management experience desired but not required
- Appfolio Property Management software experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

- Ability to excel in a customer service environment
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to Maintain professionalism
- Ensure a positive and smooth experience from start to finish with all guest interactions
- Respond timely to all tenant requests and concerns
- Assist in occupancy management, resident retention and providing a quality living experience for the residents.
- Show available apartments and communicate the properties features and benefits with prospective tenants
- Track leasing prospects
- Complete lease renewals
- Coordinate and orient new residents to the community
- Perform move in, move out and unit turnover inspections
- Interact, schedule, and coordinate all activity with maintenance technicians, contractors, vendors, service providers and residents to ensure accuracy and completion
- Quarterly reporting regarding occupancy
- Stay up to date on market conditions and contribute to property pricing and budgets
- Answer property cell phone
- Strive for 100% occupancy
- Issue appropriate notices, as needed (written warnings, late fees, notices to enter, etc.)
- Flexibility in traveling between properties

**Job Details/Requirements**:

- Job Type: Full Time Monday
- Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Every Other Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Starting Salary $60,000 per year. Based on experience

- Must be able to work in the U.S., possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for local travel.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
