We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually stunning graphics and animations that captivate and engage our audience. Working closely with our marketing and creative departments, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and eye-catching designs that reflect our brand identity.

As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you should have a strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics. You should be proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

**Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing graphics and animations that align with our brand identity
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and present design concepts, storyboards, and mockups to stakeholders
- Iterate designs based on feedback and make necessary revisions
- Ensure all graphics and animations meet quality standards and are in line with brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously enhance design skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- **Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and animation projects**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
