All Star Cleaning is looking for two employees to help grow our business. We are a dynamic cleaning company that prides itself on delivering top-notch cleaning services to both commercial and residential clients. Our mission is to ensure clean, healthy, and vibrant spaces for our customers, enhancing their comfort and satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic (Daytime)Residential Cleaner. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.

This role is part-time or full time, your choice. There is plenty of room for growth, both in terms of hours and job responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who can do the job today and potentially help us train and manage new employees as we continue our growth. The essential functions of the role include:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all assigned areas meet our company’s standards of cleanliness.
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures related to cleaning and maintenance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Learn all aspects of the cleaning business, including but not limited to the use of cleaning products, tools, and machines.
- Inspect work completed with the homeowner, business manager, or point of contact to ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Be open to receiving feedback and continuously improve the quality of service.
- Potential to grow into a leadership role, managing and leading a cleaning crew as the company expands.

Qualifications:

- No prior experience in cleaning required; however, a strong willingness to learn and a can-do attitude are essential.
- _**Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.**_
- _**You must be able to pass a background check.**_
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to different cleaning environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities
