**Job Summary**:
Dynamic Rehab Inc is seeking a full-time or part-time Field Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the medical field.

**Responsibilities**Responsibilities**:

- Visit and market to current and potential referral sources using traditional methods such as door-to-door approaches.
- Target various referral sources including new insurance companies, doctors, attorneys, high school and local team coaches, and athletic trainers.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Establish and nurture referral relationships by addressing their needs, gathering feedback, and communicating this information to management.
- Coordinate with referral source managers to organize lunches or breakfasts for introducing our company and services.
- Embrace a customer-centric approach, focusing on helping others as the core of our business.**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in medical marketing or similar roles.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analytics.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
