**Salary and Benefits**:The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. Benefits offered include Medical, Vision, Dental, LTD, and Life Insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K with company match, and professional development opportunities.

**Job Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise team members on daily production activities, including but not limited to, production goals, deadlines, quality, output, performance, and employee relations.
- Mentor and coach in the areas of leadership, teamwork, continuous improvement, safety, and productivity.
- Ability to set daily/weekly/monthly goals, communicating them effectively to employees.
- Commitment to safety and PPE especially with use of tools and equipment.
- Track and maintain production schedule provided by production scheduling. Identify and resolve production issues to stay on track with production schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and productivity, as well as eliminate waste and reduce the labor costs.
- Implement and continuously review/update production procedures and processes according to engineering specification, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist HR with departmental staffing, such as interviewing and making hiring recommendations.
- Maintain and organize storage of raw materials.
- Monitor department shop equipment for proper maintenance intervals.
- Perform final QC of equipment before scheduling for delivery.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing production environment required.
- CRM and/or OEM Software (e.g., Salesforce) experience considered a plus.
- Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement with forward thinking.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workflow.
- Must be versatile, flexible, and possess the ability to effectively operate in a continuously changing environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
