Dorm Custodian

**Job Description - Seasonal Monday
- Friday 8am-430pm & possible overtime.**

Under the direction of the Lead/Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing janitorial duties for educational building and related areas. Superior customer service will be provided, as well company policies and procedures always followed. The Starting Rate is $16.05 an hour. There is always room for advancement based on performance. This locations schedule for this position is Monday
- Friday 8am-430pm. This Job is seasonal but if openings are available at the end of this partucular job then you may be hired on full time permanently. This Oppurtunity is from May 6th
- August 10th 2024.

**Essential Functions and Tasks**:

- Participate in janitorial activities.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, washing, and mopping of assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as needed.
- Maintain janitorial equipment and areas in a clean, safe, organized, and operable condition.
- Proper labeling, dilution and use of chemicals.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
- Anyone over the age of 18
- Must submit to and pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to complete the I-9 and E-Verify process.

Pay: From $16.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
