**Position Title: Banquet Server / Wait Staff / host**

**Job Summary**:
A Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages at banquet events, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This role includes setting up, providing excellent customer service, and working efficiently with the kitchen and other event staff. We are one of the busiest banquet facilities with over 400 events a year, most of which take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You can make over 30-40 hours just on weekends, making this a great opportunity for part-time work to earn extra money.

**Experience**:
Banquet/Restaurant experience: 1 to 3 years (preferable)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Serving**: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

**Clean Up**: Clear tables, remove dishes, and clean the banquet area after events.

**Customer Service**: Attend to guests' needs, respond to their requests, and ensure satisfaction.

**Teamwork**: Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

**Working Conditions**:
Fast-paced environment.

Requires interaction with guests and team members.

**Additional Notes**:
Training will be provided.
