Students between the ages of 3 and 22 receive year-round services with the curriculum ranging from basic prerequisite skills for learning, including attention, imitation and self-care, to academic skills, such as reading, math and science. As students reach the age of 14, emphasis is placed on vocational skills throughout the school and in the community.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a full-time Program Specialist to work in our Residential Program. The Program Specialist will be responsible for the management of the clinical, educational, and training needs of the team and students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clinical and educational responsibility for a caseload of 8-11 students.
- Personnel supervision of a team comprised of coordinators, teachers, and overnight professionals.
- Completion of assessments and Individualized Educational Plans.
- Curriculum and behavior intervention development.
- Communication with families and community support.
- Participation in NECC’s applied research program.
- Familiarity with current research into best practices in behavior analysis and education.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis or Education with extensive practical training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- (BCBA) Board Certified and (LABA) license is required.
- Experience in staff training and supervision is required.
- The ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
