**PERMANENT WEEKDAY CAREGIVER**

**Are you looking to supplement your income?** Generations Home Care LLC is seeking a Permanent Caregiver with Dementia/ Alzheimer's experience to provide services to a wonderful female client on an on-going basis in Maricopa City (85139).. Pay Rate $17.00 - $17.50 per hour and shifts are Monday-Friday for 4 hours each day - 2pm-6pm. Client Details: Very sweet female client that needs assistance with bathing, lite housekeeping & homemaking services, along with companionship. Must like pets - client has a cat and small dog. Will also need to run errands & must be able to drive client to physicians appointments occasionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall Client Care and Client Experience
- Homemaking Services, Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
- Errands and Transportation
- Home Safety and Fall Prevention
- Assistance with Transfers and Ambulation
- Companionship

**Qualifications**:

- Caring, Compassionate and Warm Friendly Personality
- Must have 2 Plus Years of Proven Caregiving Experience
- Must have Experience Working with Alzheimer's / Dementia Clients
- Caregivers, Direct Care Worker (DCW), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Caregiver
- Current CPR, 1st Aid and Proof of Negative TB
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Be Able to Pass a Background Check
- Be Able to Lift 25 Pounds or More
- Must be able to drive client
