- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in collections (at least 1 year)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate medical records efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
