We are a growing local start-up focusing on creating engaging experiences that effectively connect our client’s brands directly to their consumers. We pride ourselves in the innovative live presentations of our client’s message and their products, as well as reporting back our ability to generate consistent revenue for our clients.

Due to increasing demand from our clients, our Client Relations team is hiring an Entry Level Client Relations Trainee in the Riverside area immediately. Our customer relations position involves hands-on training to create and develop our pristine customer centric outreach and sales campaigns. We are searching for an Entry Level Client Relations Trainee that is looking to grow with a company and to expand their professional skill-set.

**Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Daily Responsibilities**:

- Use provided materials, training, and practice to master product knowledge and provide superior customer experiences to potential future consumers while also meeting sales goals
- Deliver informative, educational and impulsive presentations with the goal of new customer enrollment or current customer upgrades
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, track all potential revenue opportunities and compile a daily report for senior management
- Participate in training opportunities provided by senior leadership
- Effectively manage assigned territory and alert senior management to any potential concerns in a timely manner

**Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- At least 1 year in a sales, customer relations or customer service based role
- Able to communicate with a wide range of people, listen to feedback and give educated answers
- Confident in your ability to represent both our company and our clients
- Positive attitude and competitive spirit
- Able to problem solve effectively
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

**Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Requirements**:

- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays
- Must be able to attend in-person training at our office
- Must be able to travel locally
- Must be able to start within 2 weeks
- Upon completion of training, pay is determined by personal performance. The range listed is based on the average weekly commissions of an entry level associate _

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
