**Join Our Team as an In-Store Program Ambassador / Territory Manager**
**Heritage Home Service** is looking for a dynamic individual to become an In-Store Program Ambassador / Territory Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores across MA and NH.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers and employees.
- Train associates on lead generation techniques (Monday through Wednesday).
- Conduct weekend lead generation events (Friday through Sunday).
- Train and develop additional promoters to support weekend events.
- Ensure stores meet budgeted revenue requirements through effective lead generation.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Conduct 3 to 5 product knowledge sessions each week to train associates on generating quality leads.
- Engage with customers to set appointments for free estimates on HVAC system replacements and discounted seasonal tune-ups.
- Hire and manage PT Weekend Lead Generation Promoters to run multiple events each weekend.
- Experience in training, leadership, marketing, or sales.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Positive and energetic attitude.

- Tewksbury, MA
- Seacoast, NH
- Manchester, NH
- Worcester, MA
**Schedule**:
- Full-time position.
- Work Friday through Wednesday; off every Thursday.
- Typical workweek includes half-days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as needed.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Up to $80,000 per year target compensation.
- Base pay of $20 to $25 per hour, guaranteed.
- Generous weekly commissions.
- Daily/weekly spiff opportunities.

**What You Bring**:
- Previous sales, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience.
- Training or public speaking experience.
