**Personal Injury Attorney**:
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a strategic injury law firm that prioritizes relationships with top attorneys to ensure clients receive the justice, medical treatment, and financial compensation they deserve. We are seeking a civil litigator with 2 - 5 years of experience in Personal Injury. We are in the mid-size seven-plus attorney-type firm and we are looking to get to the next level

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing legal support and guidance
- Meeting with clients at the remand or an office to critically discuss their case
- Communicating with clients to understand their concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice
- Strategizing on how to resolve the client's cases in a favorable and cost-effective manner
- Enlightening clients about legal options and making them know the possible outcomes
- Staying informed about any current legislation
- Building trustworthy relationships with clients
- Preparing legal documents
- Collecting retainers from clients
- Supervise Pre-Lit team
- Meet goals the firm has set
- Training new staff members joining their team
- Collaboration with co-workers on ideas and new policy implementation

**Qualifications**:

- JD or Equivalent
- Member of California State Bar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge in Civil Litigation
- 3+ years of experience in Bodily Injury or PI experience.
- Ability to manage and run your own caseload.
- An understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure and discovery deadlines.
- Experience propounding and responding to discovery.
- Experience taking and defending depositions or possess a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work autonomously as part of a team.
