The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or illegal substance in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District. As a condition of initial and continued employment, the employee shall be a positive role model for students.

**Qualifications**:
Certified to teach in K-8 school in Wisconsin (WI). WI teaching license required.
Ability to work effectively with students individually or in small groups.
Ability to learn how to understand universal screening data ie benchmarking, iReady, IXL, etc. to understand students’ current level of performance.
Ability to learn, customize, and deliver interventions in the areas of math (Moving with Math) and/or reading (LLI) for small groups of students (1-8 participants).
Create and implement standards-based lessons aligned to grade-level standards in reading and math accessing iReady teacher toolbox.
Provide input into placement decisions for the school’s universal screening team to make final recommendations.
Attend Parent Teacher Conferences in the fall and spring.
Submit monthly progress reports.
Ability to get along and communicate well with staff, students and parents/guardians.
**Strong collaboration skills**: work well with classroom teachers, literacy and math coaches, psychologist and administration.
Ability to learn and deliver progress monitoring tools and review student achievement data to monitor progress and make instructional decisions for individual and small groups of students.
Must exhibit excellent oral, written, and organizational skills including data record keeping.
Must be flexible and able to work independently.
Flexible mindset around working a schedule that meets student needs.
Ability to keep students engaged in their learning and manage behaviors as necessary.
Proficient computer skills including Google Suite or willing to learn.
Willing to learn and improve instructional skills by attending applicable conference/workshops.
Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and follow procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Dependable work record.
Positive work attitude.
Believe that all students can be successful.
