Construction Production Manager

Job Description:
Colleague is currently looking for a Landscape Construction Production Manager in the Houston, TX area. The construction production manager will be working for an upscale Residential Landscape company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with landscape designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of landscape construction, including site preparation, hardscape installation, planting, and irrigation.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the construction team.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction management, with a proven track record of overseeing upscale residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
