**Experience and Requirements: Coaching experience preferred.** **Previous experience playing at the college level is a must, playing at the professional level is preferred**. We value your passion for the game and your ability to inspire players to reach their full potential.

Are you passionate about baseball and do you have a knack for teaching hitting mechanics? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Hitting Instructor to join our dynamic team at Infinite Hitting Clubhouse.

**Position Summary**:As a Hitting Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and confidence of players aged 6 and up, ranging from youth to professional athletes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing game video, planning lessons, and providing expert instruction to enhance players' hitting mechanics.

**Performance Objectives**:
In this role, **your core responsibilities **will encompass a wide range of tasks, **including but not limited to**:

- Provide expert instruction on fundamental hitting mechanics based on the Infinite Hitting training and curriculum.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication on player progress.
- Play an integral role in enhancing player performance and overall growth.
- Maximize players' results in games.
- Develop players on mechanics and metrics.
- Help accomplish players' goals.
- Provide regular written feedback (progress reports) and communication to players and students

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**Compensation**:

- Full-time
- salary: $42,000.00 - $44,400.00 per year.
- Bonus pay opportunities.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month
