We are currently recruiting an **IT Manager, Technology Product Management Workforce Experience, **to play a key role in our Workforce Experience Technology Curation product group focused on the curation of workforce solutions and experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate as a technology strategist across computing, creating, connecting, and/or collaborating domains, defining the experience and technology strategy for J&J Innovative Medicine NA & GCSO.
- Partner directly with technology leads to identify and solutionize unmet needs across the workplace.
- Set a clear vision and define multi-generational product strategy based on unmet needs of the business.
- Drive collaboration and sharing of standard processes within J&J Innovative Medicine IT community.
- Proactively investigates, test, and benchmarks new capabilities.
- Develop technology road maps, while keeping up-to-date with new technologies, and recommends business directions based on these technologies
- Establish and measure value propositions and outcomes for the workforce experience domain.
- Influence, architect, and drive the J&J Innovative Medicine strategy for employee collaboration.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Technology, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6 years of IT experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and HPT.
- Has led large, moderate to sophisticated projects, programs or initiatives across the franchise or enterprise.
- Experience Managing and Supporting Technology Platforms - Lifecycle Management /Technology Enhancements.
- Knowledge of productivity and collaboration platforms including SharePoint, virtual meetings tools, desktop and mobile operating systems, GenAI, digital platforms, and communication tools.
- Serves as an authority resource supporting one or more areas, processes, or technologies around platforms and technologies for capabilities enablement.
- A strong proponent of change, primarily by championing change within and across organizational boundaries as well as processes and standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- This position may require up to 5% travel, primarily in the NJ, PA area and occasional travel across North America is required.
- This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.

**Optional**:

- 3 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience supporting a marketing or sales organization.
- Experience with being able to synthesize stakeholder inputs into product decisions.
- Experience with requirements capturing and story mapping experience.
- Experience with Vendor Management.
- Experience with digital platforms and communication portals.
- Experience in analytics and the ability to establish dashboards for presentation of data.
- Experience crafting process mapping around new and/or existing technology.
- Experience driving innovation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
