Office Manager/bookkeeper

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office operations and procedures
- Handle basic human resources functions
- Maintain office systems, including phone systems and databases
- Oversee financial tasks including invoicing, using QuickBooks online
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain office efficiency
- Manage all accounts payable and receivable functions
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or a related field (5+ years)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Knowledge of time & attendance management and job costing
- Background in a manufacturing or trade organization is advantageous
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
