**About Us**: AB Facility Services, a leading privately held construction and real estate service organization with a combined 90+ years of experience in delivering high-quality projects and services, is looking for a full-time **Mechanical Service Manager** to oversee our mechanical services division, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the mechanical services department.
- Manage and coordinate mechanical projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and manage the department’s budget and resources.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the mechanical services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
