**The position**

We are hiring a paralegal to support corporate transactions and entity management for a commercial real estate company.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $30 and $50. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
