**Title**:MEP Coordinator

**Reports To**:MEP Project Manager

**Department**:Construction

**Location**:Hybrid; 3 days in Braintree, MA office, 2 days remote

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated MEP Coordinator to join our client’s South Shore team.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of Industrial/Manufacturing facilities and other related construction project
- This position will supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors, and vendors involved in the project Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports and documentation from pre-construction thru close-out

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree; in construction, engineering, or architecture preferred
- 5+ yrs commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
- Position requires experience managing complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in managing relationships with owners representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors is a priority
