Job Summary:
First Choice Building Maintenance is a Fast growing Janitorial company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. For this position you will be helping us service a contract at the Signature Aviation center at the San Francisco Airport. As a Day Porter you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the airport facility.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Monitor and replenish restroom supplies
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of entryways and walkways
- Assist with floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established safety guidelines and protocols

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners is a plus

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record
- Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check that includes fingerprinting to obtain necessary airport security clearances. Cannot have any criminal history.

Para este puesto nos estará ayudando a cumplir un contrato en el centro de Aviación Signature en el Aeropuerto de San Francisco. Como Day Porter usted será responsable de mantener la limpieza y en buen aspecto las instalaciones del aeropuerto.

Deberes:

- Realizar tareas generales de limpieza, como barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo y pasar la aspiradora.
- Limpiar y desinfectar los baños, salas de descanso y otras áreas comunes.
- Vaciar y reemplazar las bolsas de los recipientes de basura.
- Monitorear y reabastecer los suministros de los baños.
- Limpiar las ventanas, las superficies de vidrio y los espejos.
- Mantener la limpieza de las entradas y pasillos.
- Ayudar con las tareas de cuidado del piso, como pulir y encerar.
- Informar de cualquier necesidad de mantenimiento o reparación al personal adecuado.
- Seguir las medidas de seguridad establecidas por el lugar.

Habilidades:

- Contar con experiência en limpieza comercial o trabajo de conserjería.
- Conocer las técnicas de limpieza adecuadas y el uso de equipos de limpieza.
- Tener gran atención a los detalles y mantener altos estándares de limpieza.
- Ser capaz de trabajar de forma independiente con una supervisión mínima.
- Poseer la capacidad de operar equipos para el cuidado de pisos, como amortiguadores y limpiadores de alfombras.

**Requisitos obligatorios**:

- Tener una licencia de conducir válida con un historial limpio
- Aprobar con éxito la verificación de antecedentes exhaustiva que incluye la toma de huellas dactilares para obtener las autorizaciones de seguridad necesarias del aeropuerto.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
