This includes creating the formula, branding, label design, material sourcing, establishing the supply chain, filling the product, overseeing the packaging and delivery and developing marketing campaigns and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts that align with the brand vision and objectives of our partners.
- Participate in market research and brainstorming sessions.
- Manage the overall project timeline, lead weekly cross-functional team meetings, identify risks that may affect the timeline and lead efforts to mitigate risks. Communicate the project status to all cross-functional team members and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Partner closely with the VP of Strategic Business Development to develop the product road map and provide financials, feasibility, timelines, resources, and consumer insights that will form the basis of essential product features.
- Create and maintain all documents, processes and meetings related to the product development process, including new item launches.
- Understand production cycles, look for opportunities to reduce costs via timelines, re-engineering of products and packaging efficiencies.
- Manage ongoing maintenance of existing products, including the execution of quality improvements, packaging and design changes.
- Understand all unique vendor requirements related to design, procurement, logistics and EDI are understood and executed by the responsible team members.
- Ensure that we are on time for all customer deliverables.

**Requirements, Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with a major retailer, brand, or product development/sourcing company.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Deadline oriented. Strong time management skills.
- Excellent ability to work well independently as well as a part of the team.
