**Job description**

**_Responsibilities_**:

- Understand and dissect technical drawings, shop drawings, and design intent decks.
- Understanding project schedules and work back schedules, ensuring all cost are accounted for.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Technical Design, production, packing and install teams on project requirements, strategy and execution.
- Monitor and control project budgets, including cost control measures
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise during the estimating process
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Proven experience Quoting projects
- Proven experience in experiential and environmental buildouts
- Strong knowledge of materials
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and design intent decks
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Hours**

8:00 am-5:30 pm (first shift). We can be a bit flexible with this schedule.

Pay range is based on experience.
