**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Assist in managing and organizing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Invoice Processing**: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and adherence to budget guidelines.
- **Financial Reconciliation**: Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support the accounting team with various administrative duties, including document management and correspondence.

**Location & Schedule**:

- This is a part-time role based **onsite in Amityville, NY**.
- Anticipated work hours are **Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm** (30 hours/week).
