Server/bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology trends
- Strong math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
