Dishwasher/busser

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and assisting with bussing tables. This is an entry-level position in the hospitality industry, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.

**Duties**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in bussing or dishwashing is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
