Custodian - Cannabis

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, break rooms, restrooms, and production areas according to established protocols and schedules.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
- Empty and sanitize trash containers regularly.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Maintain and stock cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for company events and meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cannabis handling (if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a custodian, janitor, or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a regulated industry, such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food production.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
