Panel Builder

**Job Summary**

Flores Automation is growing Due to our continued success we have an immediate need to add an experienced control panel builder to our team. If you have experience installing and wiring control panels and equipment and like a family yet fast paced environment, we encourage you to apply. The position is at our headquarters in Muskego, WI which includes a modern manufacturing facility.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Primary responsibilities will be to build control panels per our in-house engineered designs. This includes metal cutting and drilling, wire cutting, labeling, and termination, and general fabrication necessary to meet our high-quality standards. You will also enjoy assisting our engineering team in point-to-point continuity testing and design improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Minimum 2 years panel building experience preferred.

Minimum high school diploma.

Detailed orientated.

Excellent communication skills.

The ability to read basic electrical schematics.

Highly motivated.Ability to multi-task.

A team player.

Desire to succeed and grow within our organization

Pay: $19.40 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
