**JOB DESCRIPTION: Processing Agent**

**Job Summary**:
**CORE JOB DUTIES**
- Trimming, weighing, producing and packaging various forms of cannabis products including but not limited to pre-rolls, cartridges, and rosin.
- Grading and sorting processed material
- Weighing and logging material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment
- Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS**
- Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, food production or similar manufacturing; fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
- Ability to maintain quality with repetitive assignments
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Works well in a group environment

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT**
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; use close, color and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus
- Frequently required to walk, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; use distance vision; depth perception
- Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; work in wet or humid conditions, in high places and outdoor weather conditions; exposed to fumes or airborne particles
- Available to work 45+ hours per week and weekends when requested

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
