Corporate America Family Credit Union, a full service, nationwide credit union with over $800 million in assets is seeking a Member Solutions Technician for our Elgin, IL location.

No weekends, plus 11 paid holidays Our Technicians work Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the potential to work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle departmental mail and document scanning
- Process and review Levies and Garnishments.
- Prepare delinquent accounts for charge off as well as completing charge off process.
- Generate, create, and distribute reports.
- Maintain and balance department logs.
- Follow up on Payment Protection Claims.
- Process and post payments received for department.
- Assist with processing Credit Bureau disputes.
- Assist department Manager with tasks and projects as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent and minimum one-year secretarial/customer service experience.
- Must possess excellent judgment, communication, computer skills, be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
