**What you’ll do**:

- Design and oversee effective and evidence based clinical programs. Take responsibility for all aspects of programming.
- Provide clinical supervision to therapeutic personnel, ensuring the delivery of quality services through timely documentation, including individual, group, family and case management services.
- Manages the financial performance of the outpatient sites.
- Monitor, evaluate and correct the daily performance of all program staff. Responsible for hiring, evaluations, commendations and reprimands of supervised staff.
- Review and analyze current program elements, provide suggestions and direction to the Site Management Committee and/or Program Director to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

**To be considered you must meet the following**:

- Have a master's degree in a behavioral science from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC in **Arizona** along with CACIII preferred.
- Have five years of clinical administrative experience in an outpatient or residential setting.
- The ability to build and manage community relationships.

You must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
