**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document requirements for Oracle HCM implementation.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules to align with the specific needs of the education industry, including but not limited to:

- Core HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Time and Labor
- Talent Management
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Oracle HCM, particularly as they relate to the education sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support, with a focus on the education industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices within educational institutions.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules, with specific expertise in configuration and customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
