Marketing/inside Sales Assistant

**BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Professionally produce and update proposals, capability statements, company profile, cover letters, or any other Marketing/Sales related documents.
- Support Sales team to submit bids, prepare the shipping label, finding correct address, tracking the bid package, contacting the receiver of the package, and check the pages for notarization.
- Create & Update proposal Module for each sector and each vertical market.
- Arrange internal Kick-off meeting after receiving the notice of award.
- And perform any related marketing/sales tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal writing or any related experience.
- Audiovisual Industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Must be a bachelor graduate proficiency in writing communication.

**Other details**
- Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
- Performance Based Incentives
- Matching 401K Retirement

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
