**JOB SUMMARY**

The Web Portal Administrator manages support tickets and chats from doctors, ensuring seamless and efficient operation of our web portal. The Web Portal Administrator has strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with teams across various sites.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- **Ticket and Chat Management**:

- Monitor, respond to, and resolve support tickets and chat inquiries from doctors using the web portal.
- Prioritize and address issues based on urgency and impact, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Document and track all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- **Web Portal Administration**:

- Maintain and update the web portal, ensuring its functionality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement updates, patches, and new features.
- Provide training and support to doctors and staff on web portal usage and best practices.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams at different sites to gather information, resolve issues, and implement solutions.
- Act as a liaison between doctors and technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage data from support interactions to recommend enhancements to the web portal and support systems.

**Knowledge and Abilities Required**
- Proven Experience in laboratory setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Similar CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over short-, mid-, and long-term time spans.
