**RESULT STATEMENT**

The Delivery Driver is an extension of the store, providing friendly, caring and accurate service while also being safe on the road.

**WORK LISTING (tactical work)**:

- Prepare and make deliveries accurately, safely and in a friendly manner
- Provide customers friendly assistance to their questions. If you don’t know the answer, get the answer from an experienced co-worker or manager. Make sure that delivery vehicle is maintained. Report any maintenance issues to the Office Manager
- Handle customer complaints and compliments graciously. If you are unable to address an issue, get assistance from a manager.
- Maintain you timecard accurately
- Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained. Report any maintenance issues to the office manager
- Prepare for deliveries through customer calls collecting payment and completing the transaction at the store, upon return

**POSITION STANDARDS**
- Dress in a neat and clean manner with the uniform as prescribed by company policy
- Keep driver’s license up to date and free from violations..
- Complete all assigned tasks in an accurate and timely--(can be more descriptive) manner.
- Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations in an accurate manner
- Be detail oriented and inclined to make few mistakes and have a good memory
- Be able to read, write and speak well
- Be able to operate as a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

Day range:

- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
