We are currently seeking an experienced EMS Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Title: EMS Supervisor for Frontline EMS

Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of Frontline EMS, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and adherence to established protocols.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements while optimizing efficiency.
3. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations by implementing appropriate measures, conducting regular audits, and addressing any identified gaps promptly.
6. Maintain effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and resolve operational issues efficiently.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices related to emergency medical services; make recommendations for process improvements as necessary.
8. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, professional growth, and high levels of morale.

Qualifications:
1. CA State EMT Certification, OC Ambulance Attendant/Driver Permit, CPR/BLS card, ADL, Driver's License, and acceptable driving record (required).
2. Minimum of 2 years of EMS experience, supervisor/management experience is preferred but not required.
3. Deep understanding of emergency medical services operations and regulatory requirements.
4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.
5. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
8. Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
9. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Ambulance supervisor: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- EMT Certification (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- Orange County Accreditation (required)
