Founded in 2016, our client has grown at a rapid pace over the past few years while focusing on high-quality support, making them a trusted supplier to EPC contractors and fabricators of piping supplies, fittings, flanges, and associated piping components to the Energy industry.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate quoting for customers across a range of projects, from small-scale to large-scale bids. You will primarily focus on providing quotes for pipe, fittings, and flanges tailored to the unique needs of clients in the energy industry, spanning sectors such as oil, gas, chemicals, mining, aerospace, semiconductors, and other energy and technology-related industries

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quoting and Contract Management: Generate quotes for customers, encompassing a diverse range of projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements. Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initial negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and building strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Terms & Conditions Negotiations: Lead negotiations of contract terms and conditions with customers and suppliers, seeking favorable terms while balancing the interests of all parties involved.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, quoting, or procurement, preferably within the energy industry or a related sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
