- and long-term to ensure the client's viability in the marketplace and maintaining a sense of urgency to achieve these goals. It also means taking long-term, entrepreneurial actions that stretch themselves and the organization beyond what was conventionally believed possible.

- Meeting/exceeding POS to Plan Goals
- Demonstrates knowledge of current POS status and opportunity areas
- Takes ownership of inventory management with promotional sell through and inventory integrity
- Shares successes

Consultative Selling - The process and behaviors for transferring a vendor relationship into a partner relationship and sustaining it. This approach to selling is not based on reaction to customer requests but rather the mutually profitable relationship whereby knowledge of the customers operations is preeminent and customer profit opportunities are identified by the customer management organization.
- Develops and leverages advocates at store level and higher level assignment
- Demonstrates strong selling skills by utilizing fact based selling; effectively using sell sheets, POS Reports, and selling cycle
- Influences for results
- Establishes themselves as category experts

Initiative - Is the ability to be proactive in solving problems or addressing opportunities that will bring increased results to the client. It also involves taking action to overcome obstacles and capitalizing on potential new opportunities. Its focus is reacting quickly, but more importantly anticipating activity in order to maximize success.

Schedule:

- 5x8
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
- Grocery: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
