**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, establishing a robust network of customers.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries regarding pricing, inventory, and delivery.
- Identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer purchasing behaviors and sales reports.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling initiatives.
- Address any service concerns promptly, offering effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams on our diverse range of products and services.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers, maintaining financial stability.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the branch's profitability.
- Safeguard confidential company information and stay updated on industry trends and new products.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and product knowledge.
- Manage incoming orders and shipments, including manual unloading and inventory management.
- Collaborate with store management to address operational challenges and maintain smooth operations.
- Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Branch Manager, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and morale.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and accurate inventory control.
- Work closely with the Regional Vice President to enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
- Provide efficient customer service, loading orders onto outgoing trucks and customer vehicles.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Experience in the fence industry or related building materials sector.
- Previous management experience, preferably in building material distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial fencing products, including ornamental steel and welded wire.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with self-motivation and enthusiasm for the business.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ethical conduct and honesty in all interactions.
- Dependability and a valid state-issued driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, with fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
